Stop letting your diesel choke on its own exhaust. An EGR Delete Kit rips out the exhaust gas recirculation system that clogs valves, builds up soot, and robs your engine of reliability. With all the hardware and gaskets included, installation is straightforward, and the payoff is huge, cooler temps, longer engine life, and the kind of power and efficiency your truck was meant to deliver. This is the go-to upgrade for diesel owners who refuse to settle for stock.

An EGR delete kit removes the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system, preventing hot exhaust gases from being re-circulated into your engine.
Deleting the EGR system helps prevent carbon buildup, lowers engine temperatures, improves fuel economy, increases reliability, and restores lost power.
No, in fact, many owners report improved engine longevity after deleting. The EGR system often leads to excessive soot buildup, stuck valves, and coolant leaks, especially in heavy-duty diesel engines.
Yes. Simply removing the EGR hardware without turning off its functions in the ECM will trigger check engine lights and cause performance issues. A delete tuner disables the EGR function electronically.
Yes. With the EGR disabled, your engine burns cleaner and more efficiently. Most customers see 1–3 MPG improvements, especially during towing or highway driving.
No. EGR deletes are not emissions-compliant and your truck will not pass inspection in states or provinces that require emissions testing.
Yes. Any emissions modification, including an EGR delete, can void your powertrain warranty. Many owners wait until after their warranty expires
Most kits include block-off plates, replacement coolant lines, high-flow intake tubes, hardware, and installation instructions.
Installation usually takes 3–5 hours depending on your truck model and mechanical skill. Many of our customers do it themselves with basic tools and our guide.
A failing EGR system can lead to overheating, head gasket damage, poor fuel economy, limp mode, and expensive repairs, often over $2,000 if left unresolved.

Truck feels and drives so much better now that’s it’s on Ozempic. The weight loss has really transformed the truck. Averaging 21mpg on the highway and the truck just feels healthier. Highly recommend

      Nice But Could Be Better

Installed the kit but had some trouble. First the o-ring was too big for the adapter to fit inside the housing. Not having access to others I very lightly scraped some of it away with my bench grinder. Risky I know. But after skimming just a bit off all way around I got it to fit with no leaks. Secondly the adapter piece with the o-ring wouldn’t fit into the bracket, part that locks it in. I had to grind it down a bit so it would slide over it and lock it into place. Thirdly, I had extra hardware that must’ve been for other years or I did it wrong. The kit pictured above shows one long spacer type bolt but mine come with two, one screws into the exhaust manifold. Not sure where other went, I didn’t use it. Fourthly the sensor by the trans dipstick, the one that had insulation on it wouldn’t bolt to the next bracket so I just left it pushed out of the way.

The install was straight forward thanks to the videos. I went with the +50hp tune and low end performance is better and fuel mileage has increased. I wish I had installed it sooner

      Egr delete kit

Problems with the kit that I had thar after researching, others have same issues. One Problem I had was the coolant nipple wouldn't snap in with the supplied o ring. I had to get a slightly smaller o ring to be able to use it. Second Problem is the groove machined in the coolant nipple wasn't wide enough for the bracket to go in. I had to slightly grind the bracket thinner to fit groove. 3rd Problem is the heater hose clamps are cheap and fall apart when tightening. Every thing else was fine.
