Shipping-Arrived fast and all parts were in there. Came in 3 boxes.
Product- every thing worked and fit. This isn't an amateur thing do to. Took a lot of work and knowledge on what to do and how to do. I'm mechanically inclined and had to research my specific engine and plan how to do it.
Tech support- only negative thing was they kept giving me the 6.7 Powerstroke. All videos were for it as well. I knew going into it I have a rare engine and videos and instructions may not be available. There is a coffee table book I downloaded that contained everything for my specific engine. It saved me as I knew where it was for the specific engine. Take the video/instructions and find the part/plugs for the EGR with the book.
Will I buy again if I had to replace? Yes
I did this in a auto hobby shop with proper tools and still took 7 hrs on actual work and roughly 3 hrs prep time/reading. I had to completely remove my entire exhaust and put the muffler and end pipe back on. Took apart the mounts to get it on. It's straight forward, go slow, take your time and have patience.
