HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Full Delete bundle(s) will permanently upgrade your truck to work without the suffocating factory emissions system.

This means you can remove ALL emissions-related parts and sensors for good, including the:

- DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter)

- DEF tank (Diesel Exhaust fluid)

- EGR System (Exhaust Gas Recirculation)

- CAT (Catalytic Converters, including DOC and NOX, etc.)

This is made possible by our custom delete tunes that wipe away the emissions system from your truck’s computer.

All you have to do is: 

Plug the tuner into your truck’s OBDII port (located under the steering wheel)

Follow the tune installation instructions we sent you. (Tech support is also available).

Once the pesky emissions system is “deleted” from your truck’s programming, you can proceed to remove all of the parts that are holding your diesel back from running at its best.

Our kit includes a full exhaust system that will forever remove the DPF and CAT in the exhaust system.

WHAT ABOUT THE EGR?

The EGR delete kit for these trucks that was developped has had too many fitment issues for us to feel comfortable to include in our package.

The Delete tune will full shut down the EGR system and the valve will remain closed. Simply unplug the EGR sensors after installing the delete tune and you are good to go.

To install the DPF delete pipe, you’ll need basic tools you probably already own (things like wrenches, ratchets, etc.). There is no welding required; it is installed using bolts and clamps (which we provide).

If you are a complete fish out of water when it comes to working on your truck, we highly recommend hiring a shop to do the install for you.

Either factory power (No horse power added, or +60 Horse Power).

You can chose the setting you one, but you only get one.

You chose your tune file after you receive your package. Instructions on how to do so are included in your package.

The GM/Chevy Canyon/Colorado 2.8L Full Delete Bundle includes everything you need to remove the entire emissions system from your mid-size Duramax. Your emissions codes go away, your truck lasts longer, and you get better fuel economy once that emissions load is off the engine.

The bundle includes a tuner with delete tunes and a rust-resistant full exhaust system with a built-in muffler to cut drone. That muffler gives you a clean exhaust note without the obnoxious open-pipe sound — louder than stock, but not extreme. The tune is a single tune file, and you choose between stock power or +60HP when you set it up.

The EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) system is handled electronically: the delete tune shuts it down, and after the tune is installed you simply unplug the EGR sensors. There's no physical EGR hardware to pull. A Windows 10 or newer PC is required for tune installation — Mac isn't compatible.

Fitment covers 2016–2022 GM/Chevy Canyon and Colorado trucks with the 2.8L Duramax. It will not work on the 3.0L model, so if you've got a 2020 or newer, make sure it's the 2.8L before ordering — check your door jamb sticker or call (888) 830-2588 if you're unsure. Questions? Many customers opt to electronically disable the EGR without physically removing it, especially for a cleaner engine bay or quicker install. Our tuners support both full deletes and “leave-in-place” disable setups.
