The 4" DPF Delete Exhaust for 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke pulls the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and catalytic converter (CAT) off your F-250, F-350, or F-450 Super Duty for good. This is a P1 Race Pipes system built from thick, high-quality aluminized steel and designed for perfect fitment on all trims of the 6.0L Powerstroke.

The 6.0 is already a demanding engine to keep healthy, and stacking DPF backpressure on top of that only adds heat and stress. This 4" full exhaust runs downpipe-back, replacing the factory DPF and CAT sections with a straight, free-flowing pipe. It connects to your existing downpipe and routes to the rear with no fabrication needed — no cutting, no welding.

Everything comes in the box: the 4" P1 Race Pipes full exhaust, OEM-style installation hardware, and a step-by-step installation guide. It fits all cab and box lengths but will not fit Cab & Chassis trucks, and it won't fit 6.4L or 6.7L Powerstroke engines.

With the DPF gone, your 6.0 exhales freely — backpressure drops, exhaust gas temperatures come down, and the turbo spools faster. You'll need a compatible delete tune to keep DPF-related codes away, so call (888) 830-2588 before ordering if you're unsure. Final sale on exhaust; if your pipe arrives damaged or incorrect, we replace it at no cost.
