The 5" DPF Delete Exhaust for 2007.5–2012 Ram 6.7 Cummins removes the Diesel Particulate Filter and catalytic converter from your Ram 2500 or 3500, ending forced regen cycles, cutting backpressure, and letting your Cummins breathe through a 5" T-409 stainless steel pipe built for trucks that work. It runs OEM-style hangers and clamps, bolts on across all cab and box lengths, and ships free.

The first-generation 6.7 Cummins is a workhorse, but the DPF system was still new and failure-prone on these years. Regen cycles waste fuel and stress the engine, and a failed DPF gets expensive. Removing it eliminates the failure point entirely, and without that backpressure your turbo spools faster, EGTs drop under towing loads, and fuel economy improves. Customers report great fitment, quality materials, and an exhaust note that matches the engine's character.

This exhaust runs downpipe-back, replacing the DPF and CAT with a straight, free-flowing 5" pipe. The 5" diameter flows bigger than a 4" for more volume capacity under load, and the OEM-style hangers and clamps lock it in clean with no welding. A muffler option is available at checkout if you want to take the edge off the sound. You get the T-409 stainless exhaust, the hangers and clamps, and a step-by-step guide.

It fits 2007.5 through 2012 Ram 2500 and 3500 with the 6.7L Cummins, all cab and box lengths, and does not fit Cab & Chassis trucks, 5.9L Cummins, or 2013+ 6.7L. You'll need a compatible delete tune to prevent DPF codes. An optional 1-year extended warranty is available for $75. Exhaust is final sale; damaged or wrong orders are replaced.
