All exhaust systems and DPF/CAT delete pipes are final sale and not eligible for a refund or return. However, if you receive a faulty product or the wrong product, we will send you a replacement.

The 5" DPF Delete Exhaust for the 2008–2010 Ford 6.4 Powerstroke is built by P1 Race Pipes from high-quality stainless steel, designed for perfect fitment across all trims of the 6.4L Powerstroke. It removes the factory Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and Catalytic Converter (CAT) and replaces them with a straight-flowing 5" pipe, killing the exhaust restriction that holds these engines back under load.

The 6.4 responds noticeably once that restriction is gone. A free-flowing 5" pipe drops the backpressure that limits performance, EGTs stay lower during hard pulls and towing, and your turbo spools faster. Removing the DPF and CAT also opens up the exhaust note for a deeper, more aggressive tone, and if you'd rather keep things quieter, an optional muffler is available.

The system runs downpipe-back with OEM-style hangers and clamps for a bolt-on fit, so there's no welding involved. You get the 5" stainless steel P1 Race Pipes exhaust, the hardware for installation, a step-by-step installation guide, and tech support included with purchase.

It fits 2008, 2009, and 2010 Ford F-250, F-350, and F-450 Super Duty trucks with the 6.4L Powerstroke. It does not fit Cab & Chassis models, and it doesn't fit 6.0L or 6.7L engines, so grab the year-specific part for those.
