EGR Delete Kit | Ford 6.0L Powerstroke | 2003-2007

The EGR Delete Kit for 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke is a complete valve and cooler delete kit with a passenger-side up-pipe, letting you remove the entire EGR system from your F-250, F-350, F-450, or F-550.

On the 6.0, the factory EGR system recirculates soot and exhaust gases back into the engine, which leads to buildup, clogs, and well-known mechanical headaches. Pulling the complete EGR system out takes that failure point off the table. The kit allows full removal of the EGR system and reroutes things the way they should have been from the factory.

Everything you need is in the box: the valve and cooler delete kit, a stainless steel up-pipe, and all the hardware and gaskets. With the EGR gone, your engine burns fuel more cleanly, which increases fuel economy, and removing that source of buildup and wear increases engine longevity.

Fitment covers 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 trucks with the 6.0L Powerstroke. It does not fit the 7.3 or 6.4 Powerstroke.
