HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Full Delete bundle(s) will permanently upgrade your truck to work without the suffocating factory emissions system.

This means you can remove ALL emissions-related parts and sensors for good, including the:

- DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter)

- DEF tank (Diesel Exhaust fluid)

- EGR System (Exhaust Gas Recirculation)

- CAT (Catalytic Converters, including DOC and NOX, etc.)

This is made possible by our custom delete tunes that wipe away the emissions system from your truck’s computer.

All you have to do is: 

Plug the tuner into your truck’s OBDII port (located under the steering wheel)

Follow the tune installation instructions we sent you. (Tech support is also available).

Once the pesky emissions system is “deleted” from your truck’s programming, you can proceed to remove all of the parts that are holding your diesel back from running at its best.

Our kit includes a DPF/CAT delete pipe that bolts in place of the original DPF and CAT in the exhaust system.

Lastly, the EGR delete kit will allow you to fully remove the original EGR system, seal shut the openings, and reroute the exhaust to flow out of the pipe.

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION INFORMATION

Not tech savvy? Nervous about the software or potentially frying your truck? No worries! With every purchase, we send you a step-by-step instruction guide. Further tech support is also available should any issues arise.

The good news is, our tuners also come preloaded with your delete tune, just plug it into your truck’s OBDII port and follow our instructions to install your tune. 

And yes, if you run into any technical issues, we got your back. You can contact us anytime and we’ll resolve any issues you may encounter.

To install the DPF delete pipe, you’ll need basic tools you probably already own (things like wrenches, ratchets, etc.). There is no welding required; it is installed using bolts and clamps (which we provide).

All of the pieces of the EGR delete kit are bolt on as well, no welding required. We will email you installation videos for these parts as well.

If you are a complete fish out of water when it comes to working on your truck, we highly recommend hiring a shop to do the install for you.

IMPORTANT BDX INFORMATION

Important Fitment Note on the BDX DEVICES ONLY : This tune is only compatible with trucks with OEM air intake systems if you have an aftermarket Cold Air Intake please include it in your modifications.

The tune we create for the BDX is a custom delete tune.

We will ship it to you with the custom tune already preloaded onto the device. Just plug it into your vehicle to upload the tune.

Sometimes, your BDX device may show an error code. Or may not recognize your truck.

All you have to do is update the BDX device by connecting it to your computer.

This is a simple process and we will email you instructions on troubleshooting this problem in case it happens.

TRANSMISSION TUNING

Transmission tuning is including. Instructions for transmission relearn will be emailed to you.

TUNE HORSEPOWER SETTINGS

The Custom Tunes Includes multiple power levels so you can run your truck the way you want to.

The included switch will let you change between the power levels in real time (aka: "Shift on The Fly").

BDX Power Settings:
Level 1- "Heavy Tow" +40HP. Ideal for daily driving, towing.

Level 2- "Light Tow" +80HP. Ideal for daily driving, light towing.

Level 3- "Street" +125HP. Ideal for daily driving.

Level 4- "Race" +180HP. Ideal for performance applications.

important note on the BDX - you are required to install the Switch On The Fly switch to access these power levels. If no switch is installed, you will be defaulted to "LEVEL 1"

EZ Lynk Power Settings:

Level 1- "Stock" No added HP. Ideal for daily driving and towing.

Level 2: +50HP. Ideal for daily driving and towing.

Level 3: +100HP. Ideal for daily driving and towing.

Level 4: +150HP. Ideal for performance applications.

Level 5: +200HP. Ideal for performance applications.

With standard shipping, you’ll receive your kit within 4-8 business days from the moment you placed your order.

With express shipping, you’ll receive your kit within 3-4 business days from the moment you placed your order. Express shipping has an additional cost of $199 for this bundle and $299 with the 5" exhaust.

We have different return policies for each item in the bundles, please read carefully:

1) The BDX & EZ Lynk Delete Tuner are built to order products and not eligible for refunds and cancellations. We guarantee the tuner will work. If you received a faulty or damaged tuner we will replace it.

3) All exhaust systems and DPF/CAT delete pipes are final sale and not eligible for a refund or return. However, if you receive a faulty product or the wrong product, we will send you a replacement.

4) The EGR Delete Kit is eligible for returns only if it is unused (ie: it was never installed on your truck) within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping fees. There is also a $30 restocking fee.

Nice Bundle

I’ve reviewed many options ranging from a custom built kit to pre-bundled kits. This is a decent value for exceptional parts and service. What you get aside from quality parts that makes the diesel dudes kits unique is unparalleled service. I have minimum mechanical skills, and through the how-to videos and instructions I was able to install this kit myself in one day.
It saved me a ton of money paying a diesel shop in labor to install the kit. Also, the little hiccups I experienced with programming software or the hard parts, were easily dealt with. I had techs in a constantly running chat throughout the process to help walk me through what I needed to do. It’s in, my truck runs and sounds better than ever, and I have lifetime diesel tune support which makes this kit better than many others. I couldn’t be happier.

My experience

Went with the full 5 inch exhaust and EZLynk tune on my 2017 6.7 powerstroke. My truck is a long bed, and the kit I received was pretty much straight forward. However here’s my advice and review. It’s a long one- but worth a read 🔽🔽 also (YOUTUBE IS GONNA BE YOUR BEST FRIEND)

1- make sure you have a HAMMER, a BUDDY, and decent TOOLS. I know that sounds silly, but trust me you’re gonna need those 3. The hammer is for essentially undoing any smushed in edges on the ends of the pipes. For example: some of my extension pieces weren’t rounded enough. My best guess is due to them colliding with each other in the package it came in. (@thedieseldudes perhaps better packaging for the future) but anyways I essentially had to re-round some of the edges so they could fit in the flanges with each other. I also had to use the hammer to flatten out the curved part of the exhaust right before it reaches the end so it wouldn’t hit the underside of my bed. (Now you may NOT HAVE TO DO THIS.. but it my case I had to. For any other concerns watch DarkIron diesels YT video on it. He does a good job explaining everything)

I recommend a BUDDY. just to help you remove the Dpf from the truck. It really only weighs about 100 lbs so if you think you can do it by yourself go for it. But I wouldn’t recommend it.

And decent TOOLS. Also a BUDDY as well. In my case 5/6 bolts that connect to the DPF snapped. (Due to just a lot of miles and what not) So I was lucky enough to have a buddy of mine who had extra tools lend me a hand.

Now some sort of downsides
1- I had to CUT one of my extension pieces so it would fit. I understand it’s a universal kit. And because I drive a long bed it comes with 2* extension pieces. But I honestly was not expecting I would need a saw to cut about roughly 6 inches off one of the pieces
2- the BRACKETS. Oh my god the brackets. Once you slide the old DPF off you essentially have those bushings opened for the new exhaust right? Well for me I was playing alignment games alllll day with it. Funny enough I ended up using my hammer to make sure I cold fit the new exhaust hanger prongs into the bracket bushings. Maybe this was just a me thing. But then again idk. I haven’t seen any comment about that.
3-The Switch on the fly (SOTF) should not have 3* wires I believe the kit you buy specifically for your truck should go specifically with that. But then again I understand it’s a universal kit. Just threw me off when I saw a RED, BLACK, and PURPLE WIRE. Like why!? Especially when the YT videos aren’t exactly up to date for installation of the SOTF. For a good video go to FORD 6.7 GDP SOTF INSTALL BY BLUE COLLAR GARAGE
Other than that everything else was pretty straight forward lol.

Thedieseldudes made this process/project 10x easier with the amount of emails and installation videos they sent me. And they were super quick and helpful to answer any questions or concerns I had when I was stuck. 10/10 highly recommend. The truck sounds amazing and feels powerful

2015 6.7 tune and delete

Every thing came on time and was correct. All the parts fit. Plenty of instructions to complete correctly. The only complaint would be having to update my bdx tuner. I feel for the money I paid, it should come ready to install. But with about 20 mins I was able to figure it out and then it all went as planned. Note to self, do not remove any thing before you do your tune. Kinda wish that was made clear. I had to trick the truck into thinking the egr was still plugged in, with it sitting on top of the motor so there would be no engine codes! Do not remove anything before you get your package !!!

Ford 6.7 Powerstroke Full Delete Bundle

My truck was 10 miles to limp mode due to DEF alarms, so I decided to go with Diesel Dudes full delete kit. Price was 1/4 the dealership's cost to repair.
Kit arrived in a few days and there seemed to be plenty of online support for the task.
Worst part of the process was removing the stock exhaust system's rusted bolts and hangers. I ended up just cutting them all off with an angle grinder and the install went pretty smooth after that. EGR delete was easier as the bolts aren't corroded like the exhaust. Tuner was a piece of cake and took care of all the diagnostic codes that were lit up. The turbo is really noticeable out the exhaust pipe, but not much louder than stock. Truck runs great and it stinks like a normal diesel now.
