Q: Do I need to send you my tuner/vehicle information?
A: After you purchase the tune pack, we will email you a form to fill out that will require your tuner serial number, vehicle VIN and authentication code. We will send you instructions on finding your authentication code in the same email.

Installing was simple everything fit perfectly. Order cam very quick and I was wanting to go ahead and remove everything so when my kit got here I could start install. I emailed them to ask a question and they responded same day with in a hour.

Excellent!!

I was unsure how the process worked to delete my truck, not being a real "techy" guy I was nervous about the programing part. After talking with the diesel dudes and getting a good vibe that they would help me if the need arose, I ordered the complete delete kit for my 2015 f350.
The kit arrived in 3 different shipments, all arriving within just 3 days, very rare for this area!
All the components are top notch, fit exactly as they should and very straight forward, a monkey could do the wrenching, it's that simple!
The programmer was quite simple to use, however I did encounter a glitch when I had to update it, was a bit frustrating for a guy that knows NOTHING about it, but, I contacted the diesel dudes and they had me back on track within a couple hrs!
Seriously, in this modern world where customer service is pretty much non existent, the diesel dudes really impressed me, trust me, that's saying a LOT!
My truck runs great, fuel mileage is WAY better and I didn't have to take my truck to a shop where I have to wonder if they are treating my property with respect.
If you are interested at all about obtaining the benefits of a deleted truck, get with the diesel dudes, they are what a quality product and good customer service business should be!

Zero issues, my daughter and I did the job thanks to the excellent instructions.
Zero codes once I started truck first time !
I finally have opened my truck up to run how it SHOULD off the factory floor.
I can't believe how much my truck was struggling, it is free now !
