Q: Do I need to send you my tuner/vehicle information?
A: After you purchase the tune pack, we will email you a form to fill out that will require your tuner serial number, vehicle VIN and authentication code. We will send you instructions on finding your authentication code in the same email.

Thorough instructions made install very simple. The fuel economy and power increases, as well as piece of mind because you won’t have any more emission issues and increase in engine reliability makes the kit worth the cost. I had one question regarding engine monitoring post install and the response time was quick and accurate. For the price, the SOTF switch should have came with heat resistant flexible conduit and a plug instead of the fragile connectors that I’m sure will not last. It seems like there is a lot of turbo lag causing a lot of smoke when hitting the throttle hard until the turbo kicks in. This may change as I get some miles on it and have completed the transmission training. Overall I would recommend their product to anyone wanting increased performance, mileage, and engine longevity.

So far the install is going great ! Tunes and pipe installed . No issues sounds great and no codes. Part two coming soon ! Testing this weekend relearning trans first.

The delete kit was great, went in super easy and changes the truck completely. I had two codes for sensors on the dpf filter, and the truck wouldn’t move and after I put the tunes on and started the truck all the codes went away and she’s ready to rip. The only reason I don’t give 5 star in bc the shipping, everything came in about 5 days except the bdx tuner box was never shipped until I complained about it.
