Q: Do I need to send you my tuner/vehicle information?
A: After you purchase the tune pack, we will email you a form to fill out that will require your tuner serial number, vehicle VIN and authentication code. We will send you instructions on finding your authentication code in the same email.

Tunes worked. Ez Lynk works. But pipe hangers didn’t line up.

Kit came quick. Prices very high. Pipe hangers didn’t line up so it is kind of McGuyver’d to make it solid. After the tune, with all instructions followed, still showed many parameters that were supposedly “gone”. However, no codes. What we can’t see can’t hurt us - right ?? Eh.. will see. Tune support is lacking as far as detailed and thorough answers. Don’t expect a full detailed explanation. One liners mostly - which makes me question their actual knowledge. Anyway- not many other choices. You just better be way above average at wrenching. If you aren’t you may struggle.
Time will tell. But no codes at this point. Very nice before the sale team.

Powerstroke is a whistlin’

I wanted to wait a few weeks before I wrote a review so I could give honest feedback. I couldn’t be more happy with my full delete kit. From the very beginning it has been very great working with The Diesel Dudes. Ordering the correct delete kit couldn’t be easier and simple. They break it down for you and can answer any question you have. The process of the delete itself, diesel dudes provides everything you need to get the job done (other than a mechanic). Their installation instructions/videos are easy to follow and show the step by step process for each part of the delete. And finally the finished product has been fantastic. My truck sounds great, drives great and is getting a lot better fuel mileage.

Great products. Small improvements needed

Overall the tuner , pipe, and egr delete are good quality. I would order them again.
However, the tuner came without updates, i feel that should already have been done .
The pipe was bent perfectly for install but the bolts to mount the pipe weren’t in the box.
And lastly, when i ordered I assumed it would all come in one or two shipments, not 5 spread out over a week.
As i said earlier, im happy with my purchase and would order again, but hopefully these few little things can be addressed.

We appreciate the feedback Sam. Sometimes the BDX device needs an firmware update for some vehicles and it all depends on which version of updates your truck is set to. This can very for each truck and is dependant on its service history.

The reason we ship our bundle separately is because of the size and weight difference of the items. We send the tuning device with air shipment to protect it from damage. We also don't place it all in the same box, because if the exhaust were to shift in transit, it could damage your tuner.

After 10000s of shipments, we realized this is the best way to ensure everything comes in unscathed. Hope that makes sense!
