2011-2015 Duramax LML Diesel Truck Parts & Tuning Solutions
Running a 2011-2015 Duramax LML? You know that 6.6L engine is capable of way more than stock. Restrictive emissions systems kill power, tank fuel economy, and create maintenance headaches. That's why serious LML owners upgrade with delete kits and tuning—and that's exactly what you'll find here.
What's in This Collection
We stock the complete lineup of performance solutions for your 2011-2016 LML Duramax:
- DPF Deletes: Remove the diesel particulate filter (DPF) that clogs and restricts exhaust flow. Your turbo breathes easier, soot buildup stops, and you reclaim lost horsepower.
- EGR Deletes: Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) systems reroute hot exhaust back into the intake, raising temps and lowering power. Delete it and run cooler, cleaner combustion.
- Cat Deletes: Paired with DPF deletes, cat delete pipes eliminate catalytic converter restrictions for full exhaust freedom.
- Tuning Platforms: H&S Mini Maxx, EFI Live Autocal, and EZ Lynk tuners let you dial in your LML exactly how you want it—and monitor real-time data while you drive.
- Up-Pipes & Gaskets: OEM up-pipes crack and leak. Our passenger-side up-pipe kits eliminate that weak point.
Which Tuner Is Right for You?
All three tuning platforms work with your 2011-2016 LML, but they differ in features:
- H&S Mini Maxx: No-laptop-required tuning. Load tunes directly on the device, switch between profiles on the fly, and monitor boost, EGT, rail pressure live.
- EFI Live Autocal V3: Works 2001-2016 Duramax (LB7, LLY, LBZ, LMM, LML). One device, multiple trucks. More advanced if you're comfortable with software.
- EZ Lynk Auto Agent 3: Simple, intuitive interface. Great for first-time tuners who want power gains without a steep learning curve.
Pairing your tuner with a DPF/EGR delete unlocks the real potential. Stock tune + delete = wasted opportunity. Tune + delete = 50+ extra horses and better fuel economy.

Is a DPF delete legal?
DPF deletes are illegal for on-road use in all 50 states and Canada. They're sold and used for off-road vehicles only—competition trucks, farm equipment, and closed-course vehicles. Check your local emissions laws before installing.
Do I need a tuner if I delete my DPF?
Yes. Deleting the DPF without tuning leaves error codes, check-engine lights, and limp mode. Your tuner tells the engine the DPF is still there, clears codes, and optimizes fuel and timing for the open exhaust. It's a package deal.
Can I switch between stock and delete tunes?
Absolutely. Most tuners (H&S Mini Maxx, EZ Lynk) let you load multiple tunes and switch between them. You can keep a stock tune for diagnostics or trading the truck, then flip to your delete tune for weekend duty.
Will a DPF/EGR delete increase horsepower?
Yes. Stock LML Duramax makes around 250 hp and 500 lb-ft. With a proper delete tune, you're looking at 300+ hp and 600+ lb-ft—plus lower EGTs (exhaust gas temperatures) and better fuel economy. Real gains, not marketing hype.
What's the difference between DPF and CAT deletes?
The DPF (diesel particulate filter) catches soot; the CAT (catalytic converter) oxidizes emissions. Both restrict flow. A DPF-only delete fixes the main culprit. A combined DPF & CAT delete pipes give you the most exhaust freedom and the biggest power gain.
How long does installation take?
A professional shop can do a full delete (pipes + tuning) in 4-6 hours. If you're experienced with wrenching, you can DIY the pipes in a day, and tuning is just plugging in the device or uploading software.
Will my LML pass a visual inspection or smog test with a delete?
Not in states that require emissions testing or have visual inspections. A delete is obvious to inspectors. Many LML owners keep a stock tune file or OEM parts on hand for inspection purposes only—not recommended, but it's the reality.
