Five stars for The Diesel Dudes who were prompt getting the delete kits and tuner to FedEx for shipping. Maybe one star for FedEx who have done a very poor job getting the order delivered. One item arrived in a week, which is reasonable for this location. Another after two and a half weeks and the third is still delayed or lost and yet to arrive. UPS has had a much better record over the years shipping to my rural address.
Those things were great
its not the shops fault but does take like 3 days longer because of customs trying to clear the package.

Ordered my full delete kit for my 16 ram 2500 I was a bit skeptical tbh at first but after ordering they kept me updated with emails and and I was able to track my packages with shop, shipping was pretty fast in my case took less than a week to come in. I did receive each package separately which wasn’t a big deal. I went with the ez link and full 5 inch, the tuning part was super easy and straightforward. My truck feels like a completely new truck I would highly recommend going with the diesel dudes.

I was driving home and my def light came on. So I thought no problem and stopped at the store to get more def, put it in started driving home and the limp mode counter kept going down. I tried to reset the factory way but no luck. So I said well I've been wanting to do the delete so now is the time. I don't know why I waited so long but this is amazing. The diesel dudes and Ez Lynk have this all figured out. The diesel dudes shipping is very fast and everything is super easy to install in your truck. They saved my truck and me money short term and long term. You Guys Rock!!!

This has been the best thing I have done for my truck. It runs way better than it used to. I use to have my check engine light come on my 2020 Ram 2500, and to no one’s surprise it was all because of the emissions BS. Since I off road this truck and use it for camping I decided to finally delete it. The install was pretty easy doing it my self. The instructional video on how to do it made it a pice of cake. The only thing I have an issue with is I wish there was a list of every tool and size of things you need. I had to one some tools because I needed a few things to finish. Also their customer service is super helpful and always available for any question you may have. Highly recommend this product over any other!

Everything worked perfectly.... Makes for a much cleaner install of a delete kit... All of the open connectors now have a weathertight seal without being taped
The plug kit was everything they said it was every plug fit and definitely worth the money. Thank you diesel dudes! Would recommend any product they have.
